End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Swipen ("Developer," "we," or "us") for the use of the Swipen mobile application ("App").
By installing, downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License Grant
Swipen grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to:

Install and use the Swipen application on devices owned or controlled by you -
Access and use the features and functionality of the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
Restrictions on Use
You agree NOT to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the App -
Modify, create derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App -
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright or trademark notices) of Swipen -
Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law -
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, our servers, or any related systems
Intellectual Property Rights
The App, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Swipen:
Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Swipen.

Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement -
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you must uninstall the App from all devices
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swipen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Swipen is registered, excluding its conflict of law rules.
